Licensed and classified with ISSA (Int. Sporthorse Studbook Australia) a WBFSH recognised studbook.

Goodwill was bred by DvZ Stud in 2001  out of the Holsteiner mare Barrabadeen Astral, who comes from the best known mare line at that stud. Grand dam Fama arrived in Australia in foal to Calypso I and Astrid was born, the dam of Astral.

Fama was one of those rare mares who just could not produce a ‘bad' foal. At DvZ Stud we are grateful to have her lines in our horses.

Goodwill's sire is the KWPN (Dutch Warmblood) GOODTIMES a true all rounder, he produced numerous showjumpers and dressage horses in Europe and North America. As a 3 yr old Goodtimes was the champion of the stallion test. Son Lucky Times was a young dressage horse  champion as 4 & 5 year old and is now a successful Grand Prix dressage horse. Others are LondonTimes, Kenwood, Kalusha, Tigger VDL, Lorenzo, Obelix and many more.

The first foals of DvZ Goodwill look promising. At DvZ Stud we bred DvZ Janou out of Yetar Springs Jardina, a mare by Jadalco out of BBD Dorette (Talisman x Lord). Janou is of true modern type with longer more elegant lines, with a super temperament.
