  we are looking for a housesitter to look after our house, two dogs and one horse in Tilden park area in Gidgegannup. we are going away from the end of June till the end of July. looking for someone mature and responsible and experienced with horses as i would like my horse to be ruged during that month.she also gets a small feed morn and night.our two dogs are big but very friendly and no trouble at all.they only come inside at night during winter. we offer a beautiful place to stay with great bridle trails just leaving from the bottom of our property.also have a 20x40m arena which can be used.might be open to the idea  for an experienced kind person to ride my beautiful 10 year old Qh x throub. mare or maybe bring your own horse for that time.

• Looking for room to rent with horse! Jan/Feb 2013

  Hi, I am 19 and looking to move out of home and rent a room on a property where I can bring my horse with me. I am not looking to pay more than $200 a week and would prefer to pay less.

  My horse is a well behaved 15.2 6 year old TB gelding, he has no vices and is great with other horses. My horse is going on Spell in a few weeks and will only be coming back mid/end Jan 2013

  The property would need to have a good arena, good padock fencing, stables, and a round yard. As well as storage areas (feed and space for tack)

  I will have a manual license (get my p's on Jan 2nd) and my own car. I like to keep to my self but i am very friendly, I am neat and tidy and dont mind doing a little housework. I will obviously 'fend for myself' and buy my own food, but i can cook and dont mind do some cooking for both of us. I can provide references of character and I have a police clearance. I intend to go to university next year.

  I would prefer to live with females and only a few people but I'm open to anything. I have a part time job and would get much more hours next year to pay the rent and feed and everything for my horse but my parents have agreed to help as well. 

  I would do all the work for my horse of course, feeding rugging, mucking out ect.

  I am trying to stay in the wanneroo/gnangara area, but if the place is right and we get along, i will consider swan valley and Serpentine/Cardup.
