Lucys a mature 15hh rising 10 thoroughbred mare,
At only 9 years old she’s been Eventing on and off in pony club and EA at 1*(105cm) levels, 110cm showjumping and novice flatwork for the last 4 years. She’s was training around 115-120cm before she was leased out last year,
She is definitely more woah then go with someone who knows what they’re doing but has had lots younger riders plod around and you wouldn’t tell it’s the same horse.
One of the boldest horses I’ve ridden, she knows her job and would only even stop or run out if rider would stop her or get a dodge line (even then she would try if possible but in my 4-5 years of riding her she’s always loved to jump it’s her thing and hate to see her not being able to do that at the moment (unfortunately I’m too big for her now)
With loads of experience off property, self loads, ties up, loves trail riding and could stand around all day she’s the perfect horse if your child’s moving off of a pony, or suiting an experienced smaller rider wanting to compete at higher heights.
There’s definitely too many rugs and ribbons to count but you can count on her always placing top 3 showjumping with her fast and clever lil legs and top 10 Eventing!
Up to date with worming, teeth and front shod every 5 weeks.
Price is neg, home isn’t, I’m going to be extremely fussy on who she goes to as she’s been my very first horse and we’ve done everything together so you could understand why!
I’m in no rush to sell her but it is in her best interest to find a home sooner rather than later so she can get back out competing!
Lucys currently in light work, I’m big on flatwork so she’s been learning a few extra moves ready to begin with her new partners!
Vet checks welcome but has been sound throughout her career with the odd abcess.
