Description

Stunning Friesian X Australian Andalusian, rising 4yrs. Currently stands 15.2hh at the shoulder and is rump high so will mature 15.3hh-16hh.  Registered Friesian Warmblood and Part-bred Andalusian. Can be registered Warlander Sporthorse.  Plenty of bone with straight legs. Really nice feet. Beautiful shiny coat and masses of dark wavy hair. Always gets complemented on his good looks. Has a tiny white star that reminds me of Black Beauty.  Good, straight movement but is not  a German warmblood so don’t expect him to move like one.  Canter is his strong point, already has “sit” in the canter even though he is rump high. Would be perfect for classical dressage or working equitation. Is a willing and forward moving horse. Tries very hard to please.

 Inquisitive and people orientated. Easy to catch, do feet, tie, worm, float.  No vices. Absolutely sound. Vet checks welcome.

Altivo has had a solid six months under saddle and is progressing nicely.  Good basics/laterals for this point in his education and is just getting to the fun stage.  Has had limited rides off the property.
Will be very quiet in the future and has no dirt, however is a green horse and can be strong at times so only suited to a confident rider at this stage.
This is a very reluctant  sale as, like I said, he is just getting to the fun stage so please don’t ask if the price is negotiable as it will only increase with education. This is a quality horse and a genuine sale.
