Description

Lady Matilda HSH  (251155) DOB 14/11/2018
Tilly is just over 2 years old (unbroken) and already 15.1hh so should mature to a very elegant 15.3 to 16hh mare, she has the potential to make the most amazing adult riders or dressage mount,  I have invested a my heart & soul into this filly, but have come to realize that I am not well enough to handle a youngster again, she is in paddock condition & still growing.
Tilly has been backed a few times under saddle with only a maximum of 6-10  rides, she will require much more education when the time is right to get the best of this breed.  Already she shows confidence beyond her 2 years, she is happy to be taken away from others in the paddock and not stress about being back with them, she travels confidently on the float on her own and has done since she was 8months old. Great for the farrier, easy in the paddock with other horses.
With very sort after bloodlines Tilly’s Sire is Maytown Moon River HSH, a Blue Moon Mystic stallion standing in WA, (Abbey, Radiant, Barretts Creek Betty, Kyabra Cattle Baron and more ) Her Dam is Barnetts Lady Jane HSH (pictured) by Gilgannon Mr Minstral out of Barnetts Dawn who is a  Nabinabah Easy Gun /Aabbalee mare  these are all Heritage Stock Horses. Jane was an A Grade Polocrosse Mare and has won many champions or reserve champion of breed and challenge ribbons.
I am retaining her half brother (pictured) who is proving to be a very versatile, sensible, athletic horse that can be picked out of the paddock after spelling & be the same horse you put there no matter how long the spell, I expect with the right handling she will be very similar.
