Annie is a very beautiful black mare. She is a fabulous trail riding horse for a relaxed and experienced owner. Available to a great horsey home only.
Annie enjoys other horsey company and gets tense when paddocked alone. She is fine to ride out alone if she trusts her rider and also enjoys going out in company.
No nasties here. Has done some natural horsemanship. She’s shows a good level of respect and intelligence when handled on the ground. Great for farrier etc. I have had Annie for five years and am only moving her on as I want to buy a horse suitable for dressage. Although Annie will trot and canter naturally in the paddock, she will pace under saddle if tense or working in a small area. She needs a well balanced and experienced rider to bring out her best. She will trot nicely out on the trail and canter given a big enough area. She has a natural jumping ability but it’s not my thing so hasn’t jumped under saddle with me.
