Evale Welcomes pre-purchase vet inspection & viewing a must! Please contact Evie 0448881932 Storm has incredible Back breeding and the first foal from our Mare HS Horseshoes black magic filly. We had crossed our fingers for a Roan Colt as we have planned on retaining Storm for stud however he tested negative for roan and I already have a black based Gypsy Stallion.
Storm is the most outgoing independent and friendly Boy I’ve ever seen, he has generous amounts of Feather following down to the ground over the front of his coronet, well proportioned heavy tight compact body, gorgeous pony head, short back & cheeky vibrant personality! That look at me factor & spunk! He is in your pocket friendly and the first to greet you at the gate, normally at a canter.
Storm is well handled and has been taught to lead at the shoulder and trot when clicked forward at the shoulder, hard tie up,float & travel, regular hoof trims every 4 weeks, wash.( he loves LOVES loves water )so he is fantastic to bath, storm is used to being rugged daily in the paddock. Storm has had his first equine dentist yearly visit and had his wolf teeth removed, the dentist commented that he had a lovely mouth and everything was correct ,happy and balanced, we use Pimbury Equine.
Storm has had a Bowen treatment by Janine Bell at Whole Herd Therapies who commented on how lovely in body and personality he is!
Storm is very athletic & has exceptional movements with 3 correct Elevated paces, he looks like he floats above the ground, with that highly desired elevated knee action, he has a floating movement that’s hard to describe and needs to be seen to be appreciated.
He will make an exceptional Show pony He just has it, Storm placed well at Gosnells Summer breed spectacular on the 4th of feb and apsb stud show on the 4th march, and was just a pleasure to have at the show ring! Storm is also coming to a double dan clinic in Albany on the 10&11th april and a Carlos Tabernaberri clinic on the 21-22nd april.
Storm has fantastic old school lines that are sought after and admired world wide. All our horses have the very best at hand. Provided with optimum nutrition balanced via hay/pasture tests by an equine nutritionist based on the individual growing needs of each horse, by Equine Nutritionist Carol Layton at Balanced Equine.
Being a qualified holistic natural hoof trimmer myself with ACEHP I am able to trim hooves the moment they require trimming, as all horses hooves grow at their own rate and I find I trim some at 3/4 week intervals & others at 5/6 week intervals ,Although I do trim Storm every 4 weeks, I have been very impressed with this Gelding, I hard tie him, get my gear and just quietly trim his hooves like his been on this rotation for years! so easy to train and kind.
We are looking for a forever home with storm, a family that will love him and bond with him for life, Storm is very special to me and I’m at that point where he may even be too special to part with although my partner tells me I simply cannot keep them all, how do you tell a non horsey person that a horse of this personality just isn’t born every day and convince him of it?, and if he doesn’t find that home I am happy to keep him on as a ridden prospect on our farm, so no rush for this boy to be sold on. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions I haven’t already answered. Storm is $6000,00 as a Gelding.
Storm is 17 months old and ready to meet his new forever home and his perfect human.
