since he was 7 and have competed up to Eva95 eventing and 1.25 show jumping. He
is and easy horse to handle worm, clip, float, shoe and take out to
competitions. He is an easy ride and has had beginner and intermediate riders
on him without any issues. He has been living on a working farm with cattle,
sheep, tractors and the like, having occasionally been used to move stock. He
is currently in full work, shod and competing regularly. He is up to date with
teeth, farrier, vaccinations and is on Pentizan
heights and is not going to compete much/any higher. My other horse is
competing at 1.35 and I am looking to get a younger one with potential for the
higher heights. I really enjoy having him around and would prefer not to sell
him but I will only be able to keep two horses in work and he would be a very
enjoyable ride for someone else.
pony club or adult riders’ horse and I think with a bit more exposure to
eventing he would easily complete 1* tracks – he is good with water, drops and
the like, be ran double clear in his first Eva 95 earlier this year at Capel,
all phases where completed in a snaffle. He has only been to show jumping
competitions since then. He is trained up to elementary dressage and will
complete all movements however I am not a dressage rider and only occasionally
get him to work nicely often in lessons but he does have the capacity to do so.
