2013 16h TB gelding
Sadly as I am going back to study next year I have to sell Freddy or he will be wasted in the paddock.
He has the potential to be a top level eventer or show jumper. He could also just go plain dressage with a patient rider as he still gets a little tense in the dressage arena.
Freddy is trained 105 Eventing and competed 80 eventing, haven’t competed higher as his rider is holding him back. Jumped 95cm trained 110. Anything you point him at he will jump no matter what he always wants to look after his rider.
I have known Fred since he was a yearling as I worked in the stables he was at (limerick park training and agistment with Graham Yuill). He trailed once but was no good so I took him on when he has just gone 4 and since he has matured and become such an incredible horse who just wants to give everything the best he can. Freddy is the sort of horse that just wants to please his rider he never wants to do the wrong thing he just keeps trying for you.
Freddys only vice is he is a mild wind sucker but he is 100% controlled with a collar and I have never had an issue with weight or anything. He doesn’t need his collar on unless yarded, in the paddock he doesn’t bother trying.
