Box on Truck
Large waterproof, walk in tack box with saddle racks and shelves – it has a pull out ramp.
The box has work lights attached and also a large waterproof roll away canvas bag to store rugs, feed or anything extra.
We had a stainless steel rainwater tank (approx 450L) and diesel tank (approx 200L) made to fit on the tray under the gooseneck.
2005 WA made 35ft by 8ft wide Coondle Gooseneck – extremely well made and engineered
Recently upgraded to truck wheels and suspension, and air brakes. New tyres on gooseneck as well.
6/7 horses – 7 horses straight across (worked perfectly when we had ponies because they went in the middle 3 bays which are a bit shorter with the wheel arches) but realistically 6 horses as the last 4 have to go on an angle because of the wheel arches.
Under body 200L rainwater tank with pump.
Enough yard panels carried under the chassis to make 6 large yards
It has a drop down stainless steel table and pull out awning. The awning also has canvas sides and a front that you can add on to make an enclosed room.
Inside there are rug racks, head dividers (for 7 horses) and side tarps
The living area is basic with a big bed up the front, cupboards and a large shower with a storage hot water system.
The whole truck is run on solar power.
Horses travel well and we’ve never had an injury.
