Description
Pippa is an exceptionally well put together and easy going no fuss 15.2hh T/B mare. She has very correct conformation and lovely movement. Easy to do anything with and she also gets on very well with every other horse/s I have paddocked her with in the 4 years I have owned her. All other equine personalities seem to always like Pippa.
By Universal Ruler, and hailing back to very well known T/B lines of Sadlers Wells and Northern Dancer she is registered as Pivarnick with Australia Racing and won over $62,000 herself prior to being retired. Her full sister won double that amount.
I bought her to be a recip/embryo transfer mare for one of our Showjumping Performance mares as I was very impressed by her conformation and movement plus previous owner had easily and successfully bred her for Western Style - Camp Drafting and Cutting type of offspring.
Pippa is an exceptionally easy breeder, falling pregnant first go, every go (I have bred her for 2 consecutive seasons - live serve to 17hh T/B racing sire) and having easy, no fuss births despite both foals being large and long legged. She also fell pregnant and foaled down very easily twice for her previous owner.
Pippa would make an excellent addition to any discerning breeding program across a wide variety of types and for those breeding: Galloway Show Horse, Warmblood or T/B performance horses, Western style performance horses, T/B Racing stock. With her high fertility and easy breeding she would make an excellent recipient/embryo transfer mare too.
She throws very correct conformation, a bit of bling, lovely movement and good temperaments. When put to stallions with more height she has thrown very tall and long legged foals plus when used for shorter coupled, smaller Western sport stallions, also gave the owners exactly the type they were looking for.
Pippa was ridden by her previous owners in between being used as a broodmare and there were no issues. If she is to be used as a riding horse I would suggest front shoes as she does have fairly flat front feet often seen in T/B OTT horses.
This is a regretful sale as I have moved to a much smaller property and needing to downsize numbers. A good caring and knowledgeable home is essential.
