This is a truly sad sale, and not one I ever thought I’d be writing. If life wasn’t cruel sometimes, Missus would be staying right here with me. She’s not just a horse—she’s a soft place to land, a confidence builder, and a genuinely lovely mare to have around.
Missus is 14.2hh, 14 years old, and the sweetest mix of Andalusian x Arab. She’s in paddock condition and just starting to come back into work, easing back into it beautifully and enjoying the routine.
She has mild arthritis in her left fetlock, which has been well managed on 4CYTE (she’s been sound since April 2024). She’s not suited to jumping or high-level work, but there’s still so much she can do—with consistency, light regular work, and ongoing joint support (4CYTE or injections, as advised by your vet), she’s got plenty left to give.
