Rem is a very solid, pretty horse with a very powerful scopey jump. He is a Welsh D x TB from Clare downs stud 7yo, approx 15.3hh.  Rem is very careful over the fences and with regular training with a confident rider I think he would become a very competitive PC/Inter schools horse he also feels like he could jump around EA juniors or amateurs tracks at the 110-120 mark with further training. He has been out to some casual training days and shows and jumped around 60/70 comfortably as well as out XC schooling jumping a variety of fences. I have been schooling individual fences at around 90 and courses around 70-80.

On the flat his prelim work is well established and I have been starting to train some more laterals. He has good walk-canter and canter-walk transitions and soft breaks. He is also quite around dogs, machinery and farm animals. He has completed a few Prelim tests with current owner with solid results. I do find him a little heavy in the bridle and contact at times but this is improving with work.

He does have a rear in him which has mostly appeared at shows when stressed and unsure and I have noticed him threaten to go to the rear when I put him under a bit more pressure when schooling but has not done anything with me. I think that with consistent work and exposure this will continue to improve and will not happen often.

I believe he would be well suited to a gutsy older teen or adult rider looking for a horse that with a solid year of outings and training will become very competitive and fancy. He has a proper jump on him and I think he would suit someone wanting a more warm blood style horse and jump but without the price tag.
