12-year-old, 15hh grey German Riding Pony x Warmblood mare looking for her new home.
She is an incredibly kind, people loving horse who thrives on human affection. She is great to handle around dogs, cats, chickens, other horses and other animals.
She has been out of regular work for approximately a year, with only the occasional trail ride, but is the type of horse you can simply pull out of the paddock after months off and jump straight on she rides beautifully and is very sensible. She does not buck, kick or rear. She will need some time put into her groundwork as she’s been out of it for a while. She is a very quick learner. She is suited to trail riding, bush hacking, being a companion horse or as an all-rounder. She would be a great therapy horse. I have done some show jumping with her and she is more than capable, however, I would prefer her to find a relaxed, loving home where she can be appreciated and just on light work.
She’s up to date with farrier, worming and dentist, no history of colic, laminitis or health issues.
She is a genuinely lovely, affectionate mare and will be greatly missed.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced home for her. She is not suited to a young or inexperienced rider, and we would prefer her to go to someone who has a good understanding of horses and can provide her with the relaxed, loving and suitable home she deserves. The right home is more important to us than a quick sale.
