Nickel Park Artemis ("Artie") is a stunning 9-year-old buckskin Warmblood x Quarter Horse, Gelding, standing approximately 16.3hh.
Artie is a stunning, kind-natured horse with three quality paces and a genuine love for people. He thrives on attention and would happily spend all day being fussed over.
As a youngster, Artie had success in the show ring, competing in hand, and has also benefited from extensive groundwork, giving him an excellent foundation.
Under saddle, Artie always tries his hardest to please, he has all the basics well established and is working through lateral movements.
Artie has attended adult riders, lessons, been out on trail rides, and has previously jumped up to 80cm with a nice technique though he does appreciate a confident, supportive rider who can continue to build his confidence when needed.
He has been ridden by riders of varying experience, from beginners through to experienced, and his sweet, affectionate character makes him a pleasure to have around.
Artie would thrive with a kind owner who will cherish him and give him all the love he deserves.
He is good to catch, shoe, worm, wash, clip, tie up, float, and is generally very easy to look after.
A sad sale of a much-loved horse who has always received the very best of care.
