Purpose bred sport horse, who has come to us for some age appropriate work and to be sold on behalf. Talia is an absolute joy. Masses of personality, sass, and opinions, but no nasties. Incredibly clever and engaged, comes to the gate for her sessions and lodges a complaint if you’re there to catch someone else 🤣.

Very pretty, beautiful refined face, well put together, even in her awkward era it is easy to see she is a quality girl. Has taken all of the best qualities from her breeding, combining the substance and sensibility of a Connemara with the ability and athleticism of Warmblood and Morgan on her dam side. This girl will turn a hoof to any discipline, or every discipline, if her new owner desires.

Education is appropriate for her age. Basic handling is established, leads, ties, picks up feet, good to worm etc. Since being here she has learnt to load on our (scary, steep ramp) truck, load onto a straight load float, and tolerate hosing. She also happily wears all gear, has done some mouthing and longreins well. She has picked up voice commands incredibly quickly and loves to work, but of course has a baby brain and short attention span. She is a stop, plant feet, and have a think type if faced with something hard or if she’s had enough, rather than reactive. She is quiet enough that my son (9, 25kg) has had a little sit on her.

Talia would absolutely suit someone with adequate experience and support looking for a ‘first baby’ to start under saddle/bring on themselves type. She really latches onto people and is an absolute social butterfly, she does need to be reminded of her manners regarding personal space fairly often 🤣. If you don’t like velcro/ pocket pony types, Talia is not for you.

I am expecting Talia to mature around 15/15.1. We will also have her full sister for sale (6 year old)  if you like the sound of her but would prefer something going. Her sire was gelded 6 months ago and now doing beginner riding lessons, and Talia has definitely inherited his sensible and kind nature.
