Permanent Role - Stable Hand Farm Hand - Salary Based
Forge On Park is one of Western Australia's leading providers of thoroughbred services covering breeding spelling rehab and pre training to many of the states leading owners and trainers we are a family run and managed farm located in Coolup.
We are seeking someone to fill a permanent role the position is full time 38 hours a week weekend work is required on a roster rotation generally two weekends off and one weekend on. The successful applicant will accrue four weeks annual leave public holidays and superannuation entitlements .
The salary for this position will be above award at $65,000 per annum.
Accommodation is not available at this stage.
Applicants must have experience and be able to prove they are reliable workers with excellent horsemanship.
Experience on a horse breeding operation racing stable or the equivalent of is needed .
Applicants must be confident handling horses and take pride in their work.
Work well both autonomously and in a team environment and have a strong work ethic
The successful applicant will work under the direction of the farm owner and the farm foreman and alongside other farm staff.
