17.2hh Irish sport horse mare 14yo.
Sadly the time has come for Taylor to find her new partner. Ideally she is best suited to teach another nervous rider and help them gain their confidence.
Taylor is an absolute gem. Absolutely no nasties no buck bolt rear. She’s polite on the ground and easy to take out. Doesn’t get hot or worried in competition environments. A commentator once called her the perfect ladies horse. Although kind and safe she is not a light on her feet type of horse and can become a little heavy in the contact at times. She is happy jumping to 70cm however not suited to ho higher. Taylor has never refused a jump and is fun xc and straight in the water.
Taylor has done everything with me. Clinics, comps, beach, forest, trials, working equitation, jumping, xc.
We have competed up to novice dressage always placing.
She needs an extended height/warmblood float. She absolutely has the best temperament but her strength and size are not suitable for beginners.
Taylor is great with all other horses, mares, geldings or ponies. She is great to ride in groups, doesn’t care about the behaviour of other horses around her.
Taylor will come with all her gear, rugs, jump saddle, bridles (and bits that I feel work best for her), boots etc.
She is the iconic gentle giant. Since 6, my youngest has been able to confidently lead her around even at comps.
She will only go to an approved and suitable home.
