Description
Dee is a Stunning young mare with so much potential! She has great movement and confirmation.
Dee has come a long way in the last 6 months proving she’s a very lovely mover with a lot of jumping/eventing potential too!
She has a pretty good brain but definitely gets hot easily when confused or anxious.
Dee hasn’t been out much but when she’s gone out she’s been great, really good to handle. She isn’t very confident floating which can be discussed but she does go in and travels well. She’s also more than happy with a companion!
Since owning Dee, we have had the body worker out several times (recently, 19/05, they have said she’s feeling great and getting stronger and better each time!), had her back xrayed for kissing spine (no kissing spine), had her feet xrayed also (very thin soles, typical TB!), and she’s basically been re broken in!
Her trot is fairly consistent now, her canter not super balanced so struggles with the right lead, great on the left. Good to do poles in trot or canter, has jumped little cross poles and shown good scope and shape over the jumps!
Dee is currently paddocked with my games pony who does go out to events and she’s ok when she leaves, i believe she likes this paddock arrangement but has been on her own with others around her and been perfect!
She is in work, full set of shoes, will continue education until she sells, unfortunately i dont have enough time to keep her in the work she needs! She’s very much loved here and will only go to the best of homes!
EXPERIENCED HOMES ONLY!!! She is a young green thoroughbred who needs consistent work to keep her from getting too hot!!
