Cookie – Quality 16.2hh Thoroughbred Gelding | Beautiful Mover | Genuine Nature
Cookie is a handsome, kind and talented 10-year-old 16.2hh Thoroughbred gelding with three lovely, correct paces and a naturally good balance between whoa and go. He is a sweet-natured, curious boy who enjoys human interaction and thrives in the company of other horses.
Currently paddocked with another gelding, Cookie is social, settled, and content — a horse who clearly values his herd and environment.
Cookie moves beautifully and freely, showing natural rhythm, balance, and elasticity. He is being brought back into full work in a correct and thoughtful way, and over the coming weeks will continue his education with polework and cavalettis to further develop strength, suppleness, and confidence.
Cookie had a short, planned break from work after being brought on a little too quickly under a previous training program. He responded very well to time off, routine veterinary and chiropractic assessment, and has since been correctly and carefully restarted. He is now working comfortably, progressing well, and proving to be a straightforward and enjoyable ride.

For the right home, Merlin may be available to be sold with Cookie as a companion package.
Merlin is a 6-year-old Thoroughbred gelding with an exceptionally kind, gentle nature. He is not a ridden horse due to a diagnosed neurological condition (wobbler syndrome) but is a lovely, affectionate companion who thrives on connection and routine.
Merlin is currently being worked in-hand and through liberty, where he is confident, curious, and people-oriented. He has a calm, grounding presence and was being considered for ground-based equine-assisted therapy, highlighting his outstanding temperament.
The two geldings are currently paddocked together and are excellent companions, making this a wonderful opportunity for a buyer who values welfare and would like a ready-made pair.
