Race name: Sweet Art Pro (retired in 2023)
Approximately 15.3hh, rising 6, lightly restarted and ready to go on with.
Amber has a sweet, willing nature and tries hard to get the right answer. She’s green but sensible, with a solid foundation in groundwork and liberty, and is progressing under saddle with a soft, kind approach. Starting to get the hang of leg yields and working in a more balanced frame across all gaits. Trot is definitely her favourite—it’s flashy for a racehorse!
She recently attended her first show and took it all in her stride. While she didn’t place, she gave it her best and handled the atmosphere well. With continued exposure, she could be a lovely low-level dressage prospect or pony club mount.
Amber is turned out 24/7 with a bossy paddock mate and fits in well—she’s not marey or dominant. She’s easy to have around and would suit a confident, kind rider looking for a rewarding project to bring along.
She will require front shoes when in work. Can be further discussed with the owner if required.
