The Australian Heavy Horse Association Inc. Western Australia Branch are proud to present our 2026 Heavy Horse & Breed State Show  at Wallangarra Pony Club, Moore St, Wungong on Sunday March 15, 2026. This show is aimed at all Heavy Horses and owners to come along and have a wonderful day out. We have the following classes available on the day: 1. In Hand Breed Exhibits for both Pure Breed and Part Breed Horses 2. Harness Classes – These will be long reining driving classes. (including carts) – Junior and Adult classes 3. Ridden Breed and Age Classes and 4. Beginner/Novelty Classes. There will be Grand Champion Exhibit of the Show for the following: Breed, Harness and Ridden. We have amazing prizes, garlands etc on offer. So please get your entries in. Classes are only $8 each and Ground fees (per horse) $10 Camping can be arranged ($10 per person) for those travelling on the Saturday night. We are very excited for the return of the THOMPSON &
REDWOOD ALL BREEDS SPECTACULAR. 

T&R have been long time supporters of our breed show and
we are thrilled to have them on board again.  A WA business built on
farming and family.  

Judges:  TBA

We are seeking individual breed sponsors to cover the cost
of sashes – $30.  Please reach out to Julie Van De Sande via PM if you
would like to contribute.  You or your business will be recognised via our
Facebook posts & announcements on the day.  

Program is attached and entries are open. PRE ENTRY ONLY
& THEY WILL CLOSE MONDAY 16 MARCH

8.30am start.  Each ring will have one handler class:

Ring 1 Handler under 11yrs, Ring 2 Handler 11-15yrs, Ring 3
Handler 16-21yrs, Ring 4 Handler over 21yrs.

Upon completion of the handler classes in ALL rings, the
breed sections will commence.

Please note there are no ridden classes at this show.

Your entry will be confirmed by return email prior to the
event.  If you do not receive a confirmation, then your entry has not
reached the inbox. All entries to be emailed to [email protected]

All monies must be paid via EFT by the closing date.
