Bert has a sound education on the flat with a lovely big trot and super comfy canter. He didn't race due to a lack of speed but covers plenty of ground in a long relaxed stride. Bert has done a couple of years of pony club and is competing 80 cm eventing and show jumping, and training 90 cm plus. He is bold cross country and has a very clean effortless jump and consistent rhythm. Bert is cruisy to do anything with, feet, rugs, float, worm and unfazed by wind, dogs or noise and loves a smooch. Going to events on his own Bert is the easiest bloke to be around and hasn't put a foot wrong. When his stable mates are on the grounds he can show some spunk in warm up.
