Regretful Sale – Welsh Pony Gelding
Timmy | Approx. 13hh | 2yo, rising 3 in October | Gelding
This is a sale I will genuinely regret. 
Timmy is a lovely, sweet and extremely trainable young pony with incredible movement and the potential to excel across a range of disciplines. He has a fantastic work ethic, loves having a job and genuinely strives to please.
He is unbroken, but has had moderate groundwork and handling, including basic liberty. He is incredibly willing and has been a pleasure to work with.
Good to know:
- Beautiful brown coat that is already turning grey — likely to finish as a flea-bitten grey
- Approx. 13hh
- Bossy and playful in the paddock — he loves a good hoon and plenty of silly antics!
- Welsh winter coat and currently in shaggy paddock condition
- Not a fan of the idea of being rugged and will try to avoid you, although once caught he stands perfectly well
- Good to catch all other times, lead, float and for the farrier
- Good with kids, bikes, dogs, sheep etc
- Independent lad and is happy being out of sight of other horses
- No known injuries
- Teeth are booked to be done in the next couple of weeks
- Absolutely loves cuddles and scratches
Timmy will need someone who is experienced with young horses and able to give him the time, consistency and education he deserves. I have another young horse to start and simply have too much on my plate to give Timmy the time I would like.
He is a very special little horse with a huge amount of potential, and I would love to see him go to a wonderful, knowledgeable home where he can continue to learn and thrive.
