Ruby is a solid, experienced mare who has been an absolute star for our family. She has played polocrosse at all levels and is a genuine, versatile games horse who loves barrels and other games.
At nearly 17 years old, Ruby still has plenty to offer and is as honest and willing as they come. She is equally happy competing, having fun at the beach bareback, or heading out on a trail ride.
She is easy to float, clip and travel, making her a pleasure to take out and about.
Ruby has been an amazing confidence-building mare for my son, helping him develop his skills and move up through the grades in polocrosse. She has been a huge part of his journey, and it is only because he is ready to step up and wants to do more that we have made the difficult decision to sell her.
Ruby is now looking for her next rider — ideally a learner, junior or someone wanting a reliable mare to help them build confidence, have fun and progress through the grades. She would be perfectly suited to someone wanting a seasoned polocrosse and games horse who can show them the ropes.
She has given our family so much and we would love to see her go to a home where she will be appreciated and continue to be someone’s special horse.
