Description
Octane is a cute dark brown/black Shetland with heaps of character and intelligence.
He has been used mainly for lead rein and has taken 5 children from different families through pony club lead rein classes.
Occy has also been harness trained and love to get out and about for a trot around the countryside.
He will come with his harness and cart.
Octane has a luxating patella on one hind leg which cause a slight limp. It is a functional lameness only and doesn’t result from or cause him any pain but it does mean he’s no good for showing.
He’s currently with a family in Pinjarra but only until this Sunday. He can be viewed in Pinjarra up to Sunday and after that can be seen in Dunsborough.
Ideally we are now looking for a forever home for him with a knowledgeable adult who needs a companion pony or wants to do some non-competitive cart driving.
Octane is a real sweetheart but is not a reliable kids pony. He’s smart and can be pushy and will easily learn bad habits.
