Looloo is a lovely, genuine 12-year-old grey mare, approximately 15.2 hands, a beautiful mix of German Riding Pony and Warmblood. She’s a kind soul, but please note, she’s best suited for a rider with confidence ,she does have a few quirks that come from having no work done for some  time out ,so she thrives with someone who can dedicate time and energy to helping her shine again.

When it’s time for groundwork or arena work, she can be a little lively, but out on trails, she truly comes alive—relaxed, happy, and loving the attention she gets from riders and onlookers alike. 

She appreciates a confident rider, especially when asking for a canter; she might do a tiny hop and needs gentle encouragement to move forward. Sometimes she plays with the bit, but these are gentle quirks, mostly linked to her recent level of activity rather than anything serious. She’d likely do well with softer bits, or even bit less , though we haven’t tried that yet.

In her best, most consistent condition, Looloo was a joy to ride—fit, happy, and eager to be part of a routine. She’s fantastic on the ground too; she responds beautifully to commands, lunges well, and is respectful and easy to handle without any fuss.

Despite her need for a rider with confidence,  I trust her completely. I’ve even let my partner, who has no riding background, ride her—she was perfectly safe and calm. She’s never bitten, bucked, kicked, or reared, and she’s a truly kind and affectionate mare who loves people’s company.

What I’m hoping for is a chilled  and loving forever home for Looloo.

. She’s not the right fit for jumping or intense activities; she simply hasn’t enjoyed that in the past, and it’s important to us to keep her happy and stress-free. She would thrive with someone interested in trail riding, groundwork, and building a genuine partnership.

Health-wise, she’s in excellent shape—no history of colic, laminitis, or other issues. Her coat is black underneath, so she’s not prone to sunburn. She recently had her teeth checked and her feet are well-maintained, currently barefoot. .She is wormed every season. 

Looloo is a quick learner, and with consistent work, she’s sure to blossom again. she just needs someone who can give her the time, routine, and confidence she deserves

She’s an incredibly kind mare with so much potential, and I’d love for her to find someone who truly understands and appreciates her gentle nature and will give her the peaceful, loving home she’s looking for.
