HSH Lady Matilda is a Registered Heritage Stockhorse with fantastic bloodlines for breeding. She is 8 years old and has a 9 month old foal at foot that is soon to be weaned. As a maiden mare, she fell pregnant via A.I with frozen semen first attempt and had no difficulties during her pregnancy and delivery. She has been an exceptional mum and was very easy to handle through the entire process.I purchased Matilda at age 4 as a ridden prospect who had been backed by the previous owner. We found an unwillingness to move forward which didn’t correlate with her sweet calm nature. Therefore felt she would be the perfect candidate as a Broodmare. I am 100 percent happy with the foal she produced and have no doubt she will produce more exceptional progeny in the future.
My reason for selling is that I had a change in personal circumstances and can no longer afford to keep more than 2 horses. Finding a home that will give her the care, company and opportunity in the future is my main goal, with a Stockhorse breeder to continue on with the Heritage Bloodlines would be a bonus.
