It is with a heavy heart I am selling my beautiful girl, Betty (Nobel Edition). As much as I want to keep this mare I do not have the time, with 2 other horses who need my 100% and Betty needs many hours put into her to bring the best out of her which I just don’t have time for.

Betty is a 15.2hh (not officially measured) off the track (but never raced due to her being too slow, she only trialled) thoroughbred mare. Betty is 7 years old however still has a bit of a baby brain and just needs more mileage!

In the time I have had Betty, I have taken her to the beach which she absolutely loved, gone to many show jumping lessons jumping around the 70 cm mark, many cross country outings where she has jumped ditches, banks, drops, roll tops, etc, as well as going on many trail rides. I have also taken Betty out to one competition which was at Baldivis Show Jumping where she did a 45cm, 60cm and 70cm round and got no refusals, just 1-2 baby rails in each round.

Betty is a very keen jumper and she is very bold. However, she needs a very confident and experienced rider to put the time and effort into her and she needs someone who will be able to help and give her more confidence. Betty can be quite nervous and hot when being ridden elsewhere, but with more exposure she will get better. Betty is currently in light work, stabled and hard fed. She is perfect to float, travels well, great for farrier.
