Cookie has recently enjoyed a short, planned break from work to allow for some downtime after showing mild discomfort in the arena. During this period, he was routinely assessed by both a veterinarian and chiropractor and has been given a clean bill of health.
He has since been gently and correctly restarted, is working away nicely, and is proving to be a straightforward and enjoyable project for someone looking to bring a horse back into consistent work.
