After his removal from sale, we made the tough choice that our home isn't the best fit for Harvey. He's an affectionate horse who enjoys having a job and does well with a confident rider, something we can't provide. While it's difficult for us, we want to find him a caring and capable home where he can thrive.
Harvey is an eventing prospect for an experienced rider looking for a smart and willing horse with basic dressage and jumping skills. He has solid trail riding experience, though prefers company unless ridden by a confident rider.
He is energetic, sensitive, and highly responsive to seat and leg cues, making him unsuitable for beginners. When he's away from familiar places, he looks to his rider for confidence; once trust is established, he'll give his all for you. Harvey is also not recommended for riders who are anxious.
He loves attention, approaches you in the paddock, and has great ground manners. He is up to date with dental and farrier.
He is being brought into full work, so it won’t take long for him to return to full fitness.
Price is negotiable for the right home. Most of Harvey's gear is available for purchase.
